The next gathering of RootsMagic users will take place on April 21 at 3:00 PM via Zoom. This month’s topics will include writing a source and copying it to several people and facts. Answering your questions will also be a priority. Try to identify some things that may not make sense to you and we’ll try to have them make more sense.

Learn how to access and search these records through the FamilySearch Full-Text Search introduced at RootsTech 2024. 

 Examples showing the importance of these records and how you can help AI learn will also be shared.

 Join Us for a Find A Grave Adventure!

Embark on a meaningful and exciting experience with Ron Marvin, Annette, and Dusty Moller 

Participants will be assigned graves to photograph and will use the Find A Grave app to:    

• Capture headstone images    
• Record GPS coordinates   
•  Document any additional available information

After the event, attendees will upload the collected data and photos to the Find A Grave database, contributing to this valuable genealogical resource.

Prework Information: Check the EWGS website in mid-May for important prework details to help you prepare for the event. Whether you're a seasoned genealogist or a curious beginner, this activity is simple, enjoyable, and a wonderful way to enhance your research skills.
